NY Times: Marquette University at forefront of new field of study in Health Care
One of the hottest new majors on college campuses is in the field of health care and the February 5, 2006 issue of the New York Times reports that the first higher education institution to offer a degree in 1997 was Milwaukee’s Marquette University. With strong career possibilities and a high demand from the growing health care industry, students in biomedical sciences are provided an undergraduate foundation in science and health.
