Milwaukee chef featured on USA WEEKEND cover
In case you missed it, Milwaukee Chef Adam Siegel from Bacchus was featured on the November 11-13, 2005 cover of the weekly newspaper magazine USA WEEKEND. Chef Siegel, one of five chefs from around the United States to give gourmet tips for the holidays, provided his helpful hints for succulent meat and silken gravy.
