The Milwaukee logo is a community-owned piece and available for your use, subject to terms. Please fill out the below form and you will be provided with terms and conditions and access to the logo.

The Milwaukee Logo is owned by the Milwaukee Art Museum and is used under license by Spirit of Milwaukee. Spirit of Milwaukee has authority to sublicense third parties, pursuantÊtoÊcertain Terms and Conditions, to use the Milwaukee Logo in connection with the promotion of the metro Milwaukee area. If you are interested in applying for a license to use the Milwaukee Logo in connection with your services, please contact Dean Amhaus at 414-277-8272 or damhaus@spiritofmilwaukee.org. Please keep in mind that licensing is not permitted for purposes of selling merchandise, but there is no fee if your license is approved as long as your usage of the marks is in connection with the promotion of the metro Milwaukee area.

The terms and conditions governing your use of the Milwaukee Logo, if your application is approved, will be set forth in your written license agreement with Spirit of Milwaukee. At a minimum, those terms will require you to submit samples of all intended uses of the Milwaukee Logo to Spirit of Milwaukee for pre approval prior to such use and to maintain appropriate insurance governing any claims relating to your use of the trademarks. Nothing contained herein limits or modifies the terms of any written license agreement that you may enter into, which terms and conditions will control.
